RACHEL MCDANIEL

My name is Rachel McDaniel and I am one if the Academy Directors here at Foundations Learning Academy. I have been working in childcare for over 7 years and have been with Foundations since March of 2017. I graduated from Ohio Christian University with an Associate's Degree in Business Management and am currently working towards my Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources. I have a seven-year-old daughter who attended Foundations Learning Academy for three years and she is absolutely thriving in elementary school. As a parent, I understand the importance of having a place for your child to safe and cared for in their little "home away from home" and strive to ensure that Foundations Learning Academy is that special place and program for each child who attends.  

VIRGINIA PERDUE 

My name is Virginia Perdue I work along side Ms.Rachel as the one of the Academy Directors at Foundations Learning Academy. I've been working in childcare for the over six years and started my journey at Foundations Learning Academy in December of 2018 as a Pre-Kindergarten teacher. In that position I made education and kindergarten-readiness a priority in the classroom and as Director, I intend to ensure our staff adheres to the same standards I have set for myself. My two-year-old son currently attends Foundations where I get to watch him grow and learn new things everyday while building great friendships with his classmates along the way. As a parent it gives me a sense of security to know my child is getting the best education, attention and encouragement to become his own person in a safe and loving environment.  It is my top priority to make sure you feel the same as I do about bringing your little ones to our Center.  We look forward to meeting you!
